National Brokerage Atlantic provides insurance marketing and lead-generation services. National Brokerage Atlantic may connect consumers with licensed insurance agents or agencies.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, National Brokerage Atlantic is not itself an insurance carrier and does not guarantee that any consumer will qualify for or receive any particular insurance product, premium, coverage amount or policy.
Insurance products, eligibility, coverage, premiums and availability are determined by the applicable insurance carrier and licensed insurance professional.
Information Submitted
You agree that information submitted through National Brokerage Atlantic will be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an insurance contract or guarantee coverage.
Agent Matching and Distribution
You acknowledge that National Brokerage Atlantic may assign your insurance inquiry to participating licensed insurance agents or agencies.
Your inquiry may subsequently be assigned or reassigned to another participating insurance professional as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
Communications
If you separately provide consent to receive marketing communications, communications will be governed by the consent disclosure presented to you when you submit your information and applicable law.
Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
No Guarantee of Coverage
National Brokerage Atlantic does not guarantee insurance approval, pricing, availability, underwriting decisions or policy issuance.
Third-Party Insurance Professionals
Insurance agents, agencies and carriers may be independent third parties. Their products, representations, advice, licensing obligations and services are their responsibility.
Intellectual Property
The National Brokerage Atlantic name, website content, graphics, branding and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes
National Brokerage Atlantic may modify these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
