Insurance Professionals
National Brokerage Atlantic is a brokerage general agency that connects consumers interested in insurance products and services with licensed insurance professionals.
Information submitted through National Brokerage Atlantic may be provided, assigned, sold, licensed, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to participating licensed insurance agents or agencies for purposes including responding to insurance inquiries and offering insurance products and services.
The specific agent or agency that will receive an inquiry may not be known or selected at the time the consumer submits information.
Insurance agents and agencies receiving information may be independently owned or operated and may maintain their own privacy practices.
National Brokerage Atlantic's business model may include receiving compensation for providing insurance inquiries to participating insurance professionals. Accordingly, National Brokerage Atlantic may sell, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise provide personal information associated with an insurance inquiry to participating licensed insurance agents and agencies.
An inquiry does not necessarily cease to exist after its initial assignment.
If a consumer does not purchase insurance, cannot be reached, does not complete an application, requests additional information, or otherwise remains a prospective insurance customer, National Brokerage Atlantic may retain the inquiry as permitted by applicable law.
The inquiry may subsequently be assigned, sold, transferred, or reassigned to another participating insurance professional.
Therefore, a consumer may be contacted regarding an insurance inquiry submitted previously, including by an insurance professional who was not the original recipient of the inquiry.
National Brokerage Atlantic may internally classify inquiries as new, aged, recycled, reassigned or previously generated leads.
Nothing in this section overrides a consumer’s applicable privacy rights, revocation of consent, do-not-call request, opt-out request, or other rights provided by applicable law.
Communications
Where a consumer separately provides applicable consent, National Brokerage Atlantic and/or participating licensed insurance agents or agencies may contact the consumer regarding insurance products and services.
Depending upon the consent provided, communications may include telephone calls and SMS/text messages and may use automated dialing or messaging technology.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Consumers may revoke consent or request that communications stop as provided by applicable law. Consumers receiving text messages may reply STOP to request cessation of further marketing texts from the applicable sender.
A consumer’s request not to be contacted will be honored as required by applicable law.
